DD+B was contracted for a 44-unit turnkey expansion to the Reserve at Chino Hills, a 14-building multifamily property in Chino Hills, California. In addition to adding new units for this growing community, DD+B was tasked with the build-out of associated infrastructure, roads, and utilities. Given that the property is currently fully occupied, the DD+B team is collaborating closely with on-site property management throughout the duration of construction to ensure residents remain informed about construction with minimal disruption to daily life. This marks DD+B’s second project working alongside Decron Properties.

Executing a 44-unit expansion on the fully occupied community with minimal disruption to residents.
Self-performing all underground infrastructure work, including earthwork, underground utilities, foundation reinforcement, concrete, and rough carpentry framing.
Adding new community amenities including two dog parks.
